My name is Washington Mitema, and I am a dedicated healthcare provider, serving as both a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). With a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing Practice from the University of Texas at Arlington, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice.

My goal is to offer comprehensive care to my patients, drawing from my background in primary care, retail health, and specialized psychiatric care. With a solid foundation in various hospital areas and administration as a Registered Nurse (RN), I am well-equipped to address a wide range of healthcare needs.
