How We Can Help You
Patient services
Our experienced, board-certified providers are capable of treating a wide range of conditions. During a virtual visit, our online urgent care can provide treatment or a referral for various patient services, including:
Cough, Cold, Sinus Infection
A cough is a reflex that helps clear your airways of irritants, mucus, and foreign particles.
The common cold is a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract, primarily the nose and throat.
A sinus infection is the inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses, which can be caused by an infection, allergies, or other factors.
Pink Eye
Pink eye (conjuctivitis) is a common condition. Pink eye happens when the inside of the eyelid (conjuctiva) and whites of the eyes become inflamed from virus, bacteria or irritants. This inflammation makes blood vessels more visible, making the whites of the eye appear pink or reddish.
Cold Sores
Painful blisters arround the lips, under the nose or around the chin.
Flu
The flu, or influenza, is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. It infects the nose, throat, and sometimes the lungs.
Urinary Tract Infection
UTIs and bladder infections (also called cystitis) can leave you feeling like you need to go to the bathroom almost constantly. They are usually not serious but can be become serious if left untreated.
Weight Management
Our weight loss program includes access to services that help patients achieve their weight loss and overall health goals safely.
Yeast Infection
A yeast infection, also known as candidiasis, is a fungal infection caused by an overgrowth of the yeast fungus Candida.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) means that you’re unable to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex. Some form of ED affects approximately 50% of men.
Genital Herpes
Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Acne, Anti-wrinkle & Dark Spots
Acne is a widespread skin condition. It typically appears on areas of your skin that have the most sebaceous (oil) glands, such as the face, neck, chest, upper back and shoulders. These glands connect to hair follicles.
Men’s Hair Loss
Hair loss (alopecia) occurs in both men and women. It also happens for a variety of reasons. Losing some hair is normal for healthy individuals. On average, about 100 strands of hair fall out while new hair grows every day.
Medications
Our urgent care practitioners can send prescriptions to your local pharmacy if you qualify after a medical consultation.* It’s essential to inform the practitioners about your medical history and current medications to prevent severe drug interactions.
Antibiotics
Antibiotics are medications used to treat bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial growth or killing bacteria outright, prescribed based on the type of infection, its severity, and the specific bacteria causing it, with careful consideration to minimize antibiotic resistance and side effects.
Flu Medications
Flu medications, often prescribed by healthcare providers, include antiviral drugs such as oseltamivir (Tamiflu), zanamivir (Relenza), and peramivir (Rapivab), which can shorten the duration and severity of influenza symptoms if taken within the first 48 hours of onset.
Herpes Medication
Herpes medications typically include antiviral drugs such as acyclovir, valacyclovir, and famciclovir, which are used to manage outbreaks of herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections (both HSV-1 and HSV-2), reduce symptoms, and decrease the frequency of recurrent episodes when taken as prescribed by healthcare providers.
